Booking Terms and Conditions

Your booking request as to excursions/tours, dates, time, and cost will be confirmed by return email. With the confirmation email you will receive payment details.

  • To book your place please contact the CHWTI office by email to ensure that places are still available, indicating the dates of choice and the number of participants.
  • To secure your place for the Excursion forward your completed reservation form and non-refundable deposit in the amount of $500 CAD per person to reserve your excursion.
  • Please fill out the form with the information exactly as it appears on your passport.
  • Minimum age of participation is 19. Participants younger then 19 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • The person who first appears on the form (in the case of a group or family) is the person responsible for the booking.
  • The booking form can be downloaded, printed, and sent to CHWTI by email attachment.
  • Upon receipt of completed booking form and deposit, we will acknowledge your booking in writing with a confirmation letter.
  • The participant should then proceed to book their Air Travel through our recommended licensed travel agent or a travel professional of your choice.
  • The participant is required to notify CHWTI should they choose to book through their own travel professional as to the name of the company and flight details both for departure and return.
